Tomatoes and Mozzarella 1 bunch of fresh tarragon |
Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving dish in an alternating fashion. Decorate the plate with fresh tarragon leaves and black olives. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the Chef Pascal Balsamic, Tarragon & Roasted Garlic Sauce over the top and serve. |
