Balsamic, Tarragon & Roasted Garlic Sauce

Tomatoes and Mozzarella
(Serves 4)

1 bunch of fresh tarragon
4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
3/4 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
8 black olives
salt and pepper to taste
4 oz Chef Pascal Balsamic, Tarragon & Roasted Garlic Sauce

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving dish in an alternating fashion. Decorate the plate with fresh tarragon leaves and black olives. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the Chef Pascal Balsamic, Tarragon & Roasted Garlic Sauce over the top and serve.
