Orange, Ginger & Coconut Sauce

Salmon Filet

Marinate a salmon filet (skin on) for about 10 minutes in Chef Pascal Orange, Ginger & Coconut Sauce, then grill. Skin grilled salmon and put on more of the Orange, Ginger & Coconut Sauce. Serve.
