Oven Roasted Pulled Pork Sandwiches
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoon kosher salt
5 pounds pork roast shoulder
18 oz Chef Pascal Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce
In mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients together. Rub the spice blend over the pork and marinade overnight covered in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Put the pork in a roasting pan and bake for about 6 to 7 hours, until the pork is falling apart. Remove the pork to a sheet pan. Let rest for 10 minutes. Shred meat. Place shredded meat into a large bowl and add Chef Pascal Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce. Stir to cover meat well with the sauce. Spoon barbecued pork onto toasted sandwich buns and serve.
