Orange, Ginger & Coconut Sauce

Pork Chop with Orange Ginger Coconut Sauce
(Serves 4)

4 pork chops cut 1" thick
6 oz Chef Pascal Ginger Coconut Sauce
1 orange zest

In saucepan bring Chef Pascal Sauce to a slow boil, stirring occasionally, and then reduce the heat to simmer 1 or 2 minutes. Meanwhile heat the grill to medium heat. Grill pork chop, brush frequently with Chef Pascal sauce on both sides, approximately 5 minutes on each side. When done, place pork chops on serving dish and pour remaining Chef Pascal Orange Ginger Coconut Sauce over pork chops. Garnish with orange zest.
