Orange, Ginger & Coconut Sauce

Mango Tilapia with Orange Ginger Coconut Sauce
Serves 2

2 pieces 8 oz tilapia
1 mango peeled and diced
8 oz Orange, Ginger & Coconut Sauce
cup orange juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a baking dish place the tilapia, add orange juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan add Chef Pascal Orange Ginger Coconut Sauce and mango.
Bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 4 minutes.
Place the tilapia on a platter and pour the sauce over the fish.
Serve with rice.
