Crockpot Chef Pascal BBQ Beef Sandwiches
2 ½ lbs. lean chuck roast
Place beef chuck roast in a crock pot. Add Chef Pascal Smoky, Bacon BBQ Sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low temperature for 9 to 10 hours. Remove the meat to a sheet pan. Shred meat. Place shredded meat back in a crock pot. Stir and coat meat well with the sauce. Spoon barbecued beef onto toasted sandwich buns and serve.
